Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 17, 2026
This explains what a3quumsolutions.com collects when you visit it, and what happens to that information. It covers this website and nothing else.
Aequum Solutions, Inc. (“A3Q,” “we,” “us”) builds software and creates companies to bring it to market. Those companies run their own products and publish their own privacy policies.
If your question is about information inside VoteCivic, SignalVote or VeritasAssembly, that company’s privacy policy governs it, not this one.
Nothing on this page applies to their products, and A3Q does not hold their customers’ records.
What this site collects
Nothing you type. This site has no account, no login, no form and no payment. There is nowhere on it to enter your name, your email address, or anything else about you.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one records technical information when you visit: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page that sent you here, and what you looked at while you were here. We use Google Analytics, deployed through Google Tag Manager, to read that in aggregate. We use it to understand which parts of the site people read, not to identify you.
What you send us. This site lists an email address. If you write to us, we have your message and whatever you chose to put in it. We keep it for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser so it can tell one visit from another, and a returning visitor from a new one. Those cookies hold a randomly generated identifier. They do not hold your name.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and nothing on this site stops working if you do. Google also publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Who else sees this
Google, as our analytics provider, and as the host of the typeface this site is set in. Loading a page here fetches those font files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. What Google does with information it receives is governed by its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertising platforms, and there is no advertising pixel on this site.
We will disclose information where the law requires it, or where we need to in order to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
Do Not Track
This site does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals, because there is no uniform standard for interpreting them.
Children
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
What you can ask us to do
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you and where we got it
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop sending you anything
Write to the address below and we will respond within thirty days. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request, and asking will not change how we treat you afterwards.
You may have additional rights depending on where you live. We will honor them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here and the date at the top changes with it.
